My daughter turned 20 on the third of May, and her boyfriend arranged for flowers to be delivered by InterFlora on the morning. However, they arrived a day early and spoiled the surprise!

Her boyfriend telephoned them immediately, as he was understandably upset about this. The next morning, on the right day, they sent the exact same package with a nicely worded apology.

Every company makes mistakes, but it's nice to deal with one that will admit it and try to make it right!
