Yes, it's thumbs up to Cartridge World whom help us do our bit to save our ruined planet!

By taking in your empty printer cartridge to be refilled, you will help to save the environment, save money in your pocket AND help plant a tree!

Check it out:
The UK is More Wasteful Than it Thinks!

People in the UK may think they are regular recyclers but they are in fact adding to landfill sites by throwing away empty printer and toner cartridges rather than recycling them.

A survey by Cartridge World with 260 stores nationwide, reveals that although people in the UK recycle everything from bottles to spectacles, an astounding 85 per cent throw away their empty printer cartridges when they run out and replace them with brand new ones!

David Parkinson, Cartridge World’s UK master franchisee, said: “This survey just goes to show what a wasteful society we are when it comes to empty cartridges.
“By launching our new initiative we hope to redress this balance and encourage customers in the UK to plant a tree by refilling their empty cartridges, rather than adding to the 47 million currently sitting in landfill sites.”
When it comes to the most popular items to recycle, bottles top the league for 86 per cent respondents, closely followed by cans (83 per cent) and cardboard (77 per cent).
The survey also reveals interesting findings when it comes to the battle of the sexes. Women are more likely to recycle domestic goods (54 per cent) while men prefer to recycle their favourite technical gadgets (60 per cent).

When it comes to the tree hugging stakes New Zealanders top the tree for 30 per cent of the population, while they think the French are the least tree friendly nation.

David adds: “We hope that people in the UK prove to be as tree friendly as they think New Zealanders are and help us hit our target of planting 6,000 trees over the next year!”

To help achieve this, Cartridge World has launched a loyalty card scheme. Customers will receive a stamp every time they refill existing printer cartridges and toners at Cartridge World and for every eight stamps a new tree will be planted.

So go on, save our planet, save your money (up to 60%) and help plant a tree!

They use the same quality ink as your manufacturer does and if you're not happy, they refund your money back!!!!

What do we have to lose?!?!?!

AND there is a business opportunity with their franchise offer!

Good eh? ;)
